Polar Bear Ice Cream is family owned and takes great pride in producing high quality ice cream in Santa Cruz County.  By using the freshest all-natural ingredients when possible and producing mostly everything by hand, we put quality as our main focus.   
         We produce each flavor in 5-gallon batches creating a creamy smooth texture.  Not only are we able to monitor the quality of our ice cream, we also make sure each batch contains just the right fresh ingredients. Each container is packed and labeled by hand. By hand-measuring these ingredients Polar Bear Ice Cream is able to provide a product with a consistent superior flavor, and give it a homemade feel.
        Currently our business is geared toward wholesale which means that we don't have a Polar Bear Ice Cream Shop.  Maybe in the future we may open up a store again, but for now please click on the "where to find us" tab to see where we sell our ice cream.
