Polar Bear Ice Cream is a wholesale and retail
ice cream production company that is family owned
and operated. we take great pride in producing
high quality ice cream with the best ingredients
Santa Cruz has to offer. We use fresh and
all-natural ingredients whenever possible
and produce everything by hand.
By hand-measuring we are able to provide a
product with a consistent superior flavor.
Every container is mixed, marbled, packed
and labeled by us giving it a home made feel!
At Polar Bear quality is our main focus!
We produce each flavor in 5-gallon batches
with very little air in the churn process
creating a creamy smooth texture and
letting the flavors shine through!
Not only are we able to monitor the quality of
our ice cream, we also make sure each batch contains
just the right fresh ingredients.
